Interview

How many languages do you speak? Please write them in a list. Which is your mother tongue?

Chinese and English. My mother tongue is Chinese.

What is your favorite sport or hobby in your free time? Why is it so? Any interesting stories on it?

My favorite sport is swimming. Because I think swimming is the best sport for me to exercise my whole body.

Top 3 things we don’t know about you? Might be something funny, quirky or strange 🙂

The first funny thing is how time flies. I even forget my real age sometimes. The second funny thing is that I often need to remember whether I have punched in/out or not on the punch clock. The third thing is that I often need to remember to take my home keys.

What was the most surprising thing you learned about Asia while working here?

1-StopAsia is an international company. I can learn a lot of international things during my work.

Favorite book or a book that changed your mindset and why it did?

My favorite book is Choose Yourself. The world is changing. Markets have crashed. Jobs have disappeared. Industries have been disrupted and are being remade before our eyes. Everything we aspired to for “security,” everything we thought was “safe,” no longer is: College. Employment. Retirement. Government. It’s all crumbling down. In every part of society, the middlemen are being pushed out of the picture.
